A New York City-based filmmaker, actor, comedian, and playwright, Adam Elliott’s work has been seen across the U.S. and internationally.

He wrote and appeared in the web series The Age of Insecurity (Winner, LA Comedy Festival) and Little Italy, Los Angeles (Winner, HollyShorts). His short documentary Harv, about his father, won Best Short Documentary at the 2017 Greenwich Village Film Festival and the 2018 Inwood Film Festival.

Adam won Best Actor at the 2020 New York City Short Comedy Film Festival for his performance as The Agent in Adam Adamson: Licensed Realtor, which premiered at the IFC Center. His short film A Best Man premiered online on Omeleto, received the inaugural Inwood Art Works Filmmaker Fund Award, and earned him Best Actor in a Short Film honors at New York CineFest and Midwest WeirdFest in 2023.

His short documentary and directorial debut, David Again, made its New York premiere at Tribeca Festival 2024 and its international premiere at Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia, where it received a Special Jury Mention. His short documentary A Pocket Guide to Pigeon Watching, based on the book by Rosemary Mosco, made its New York premiere at Rooftop Films Summer Series 2026 as part of the New York Non-Fiction program.

As a comedian, Adam was also the winner of Gotham Comedy Club's 2022 New Talent Competition and was a finalist in Stand Up NY's 2023 Comedy Mob Festival. As a playwright, his plays and staged readings have been produced in New York City at The Chain Theatre and Theatre Row, as well as the Santa Monica Playhouse in Los Angeles.
