Upgrades
Upgrades to the immediately following tier during the same film’s festival campaign include a credit of 50% of the current tier fee. Credits are non-cumulative. Tier Three to Four upgrades receive a full waiver of the $550 setup fee in place of the 50% upgrade credit.
Renewals
After the initial three-month engagement, Tier Four may be renewed for up to three additional three-month terms with no additional setup fee. The monthly rate is reduced by $50 with each renewal term: $600/month for the first renewal, $550/month for the second, and $500/month for the third.
With all three renewal terms, the campaign can continue for up to 12 months, allowing it to move through a full year of festival submission cycles. At the end of the engagement, we’ll assess the campaign and discuss appropriate next steps, if needed.
Festival submission fees and any outside production costs are paid separately by the filmmaker. Tier Four includes completion of up to 20 festival submissions per monthly service period, including up to five through platforms other than FilmFreeway, if applicable. Each monthly service period begins on the service start date or its monthly anniversary. Additional submissions are available at $20 per festival. Unused submissions do not roll over to the next monthly service period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
